Candidate must have at least three – to – five years experience in residential plumbing and be able to work in a cooperative manner with other members of the Fred Smith team. Required skills can range from finish, repair or alteration work; HVAC piping repairs; steam piping repairs; high pressure steam piping repairs; or sewer and drain cleaning. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and work in a neat and clean manner. Ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills.
Candidate must have at least three-to- five years experience in the installation, sizing, and repair of standpipe and sprinkler systems. Ideal candidate holds the S-12 and S-13 Certificate of Fitness issued by the New York City Fire Department. A strong work ethic is essential.
