535 Park Avenue Tenant: Fred Smith Team is "Obliging, Very Fast, Courteous and Tidy"

Dear Mr. Angelo Telesmanic [Supervisor],

This is to commend the excellent work done by your people today in installing a new commode at our apartment.  they were an obliging team, very fast, courteous and tidy.  Moreover, they worked will with the buidling staff.

So far the new toilet works just fine, a vast imnprovement over the previous model.
