A Master Problem-Solver Becomes a Master Plumber

Spencer Kraus, Vice President of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating, received his NYC Plumber License (MLP 2462) on June 16, 2019 after having completed all New York City Department of Buildings requirements. Spencer joins the ranks of NYC Master Licensed Plumbers (NYC MLP) as a fourth generation NYC MLP. He is proud of his family lineage and follows in the footsteps of his great grandfather Maurice Kraus, his grandfather Kermit Kraus and his father Phil Kraus as NYC Licensed Master Plumbers. Spencer enjoys finding the correct plumbing solutions for “Fred Smith” clients and encourages them to reach out to him directly for assistance. Q104.3 Gives a Shout Out to the “Men (and Women) at Work” at Fred Smith Plumbing

Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating was surprised (and proud) to receive a call out on 104.3 Radio during the height of the workday on May 22! Veteran DJ Ken Dashow spun the hit song, “Down Under”, by the band Men at Work, then announced: “I want to send that out to Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating. You guys are men at work all the time.”

“There’s nothing weirder than being on the air, and having a leak at home,” he said on the air. “And having a plumber you can rely on going, ‘Leak’s good, fixed, done.’ Thank you, guys – working hard.”

Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating is pleased to serve Q104.3’s Ken Dashow, as well as his loyal listeners and all other hard-working New Yorkers!
