Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating Designated Vendor Of The Year by the New York Building Managers’ Association

Philip Kraus, President of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating , received the 2008 Vendor of the Year Award by the New York Building Managers’ Association at its annual Grand Ball “Philip Kraus is a well – known figure in the cooperative and condominium real estate industry, having served it honorably for over 37 years”, said Mr. William Waldren, President of the association. “Because of his experience and expertise, Philip is one of the most sought out speakers in the industry, and he volunteers his time at industry seminars to share his knowledge with others. “

Mr. Waldren, who presides over a membership of 300 building managers and professionals, noted that Philip Kraus “believes in giving back to the community in which he lives and works.” Mr. Kraus supports many charitable organizations in New York City, including those sponsored by the New York Building Managers Association. He is a long time supporter of the association’s mission of promoting a spirit of cooperation among its members for the achievement of greater efficiency in the maintenance and operation of buildings.
