Up on the Roof: What You Need to Know About Roof Tanks

Building owners should comply with the regulations of BOTH agencies, not just one of them,” Kraus says. “The DOB (through the New York City Plumbing Code) and the Department of Health (through the New York City Health Code) provide regulatory requirements for the maintenance and sanitation of the tanks.”
