Bulding-Heating: “Love the Job Performance!”

Dear Mr.Kraus,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of 2 Beekman Place Owners Corp., I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for the excellent work you performed in connection with the recent upgrading of our heating system. In particular, Steve Weafer, our resident manager, has brought to our attention the extraordinary efforts of Steve Savva of your firm in connection with this project. Mr. Weafer has also mentioned to us the very good work done by Steve’s assistant on the project, Robert LeBron., and earlier the work of Oleg Krachak, the first mechanic on this project who, we understand, has sadly passed on. We hope you will let Steve and Oleg know how much we appreciate their good work for our building.

Two Beekman Place has a long, happy relationship with your firm. We are pleased that you take such good care of our much loved building when we call on you and we look forward to the continuation of our relationship in 2009.
