Bathroom Repair: “What a great job your men did.”

Dear Mr. Kraus,

Thank you, thank you, thank you- your wonderful guys, Nick and Robert, rescued me…

I had total anxiety about the water valve in my bathroom which was causing a leak to the floor below.

Nick was so careful as he fixed “the packing” (whatever that is), not causing any damage to the surrounding marble squares.

The “Franklin Report” is right on with all accolades.

I will surely let Brenda Colberg, who heads the condo complex- the Parc Vendome- know what a great job your men did.
