A quick note to thank you for preparing the bid on the Bauman project. I am particularly grateful that you were able to give it to us within a short time period we were allowed.

The completed proposal was submitted and we are awaiting word on the awarding of the contract. Your contribution to the final proposal helped us make a short list of contenders for the contract.

Whatever the outcome, we look forward to staying in contact with you for future projects. Again, thank you for all your hard work on a very tight deadline.
